This beautiful Semillon has a lovely creamy, rich texture balanced by a tangy long and complex finish. Nutty on the nose with hints of lemon, apples and fresh straw, the dominant flavours are lemon and minerality. Made according to organic principles and with minimal intervention, this wine has an intense and buttery texture. To appreciate its lovely flavours, don’t serve it too cold. Delicious.

Description
This wine is a gem. It has a salty sweet depth that really quenches your thirst. The fruit is very well balanced. It smells like honey and roasted almonds. This grape is not widely known as an age-worthy wine, but this bottle is proving that it’s possible. This would be an excellent wine for Thanksgiving dinner, or a roast chicken salad with goat cheese, walnuts, and a generous crack of the black pepper mill. Offered at haven wines.
