Description

Warwick Professor Black Sauvignon Blanc shows prominent aromas of blackcurrant and citrus on the nose. On the palate, we are met with wonderful, extra fruity notes of passion fruit, litchi, lemon and lime. There is also a mellow hint of floral notes such as winter lilies, in addition to a subtle minerality. Matured fully in 100% used French oak casks.

The wine carries an explosive vanguard of elderflower, nettles, ripe passionfruit, and lime. The palate is alive and zesty, with passionfruit and citrus elements lingering for days. A delicious white Bordeaux blend with incredible fruity flavours that will leave an impression on you. This wine will pair well with yellowtail fish and other seafood.
