BOCA GRENACHE ROSE

Boca Grenache Rosé from Gerard Bertrand reveals red fruits aromas on the nose. Crunchy mouth feel with red fruits and floral notes, for a well-balanced combination. The wine is fat with a great freshness.

A pure Grenache based Rosé from grapes that come from plots with a beautiful foliar surface and a remarkable sanitary state. The grapes are harvested when the balance between aromas and acidity is perfect to guarantee tension and elegance for the wine. During pressing, the juices are selected and fermented at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C.

Food Pairing: Best as an aperitif or matched with vegetarian starters, gravlax or Asian cuisine.
