Description
Castillo de Aresan Tempranillo displays an intense cherry red with purplish reflections in the glass. The nose is spicy with fresh fruits and licorice. Its palate is nicely balanced, with roundness and elegance, and has a long finish. Pair with meat-based tapas, such as thin slices of Iberian ham, and aged cheeses like Manchego. This wine will also pair nicely with beef ribs in black pepper sauce, a chorizo omelet, or a simple roast chicken.
