13% vol. The grapes that make up this wine come from the well-known vineyard Raymond Huet in the Bordeaux region of France with almost 150 years of tradition. This wine was made from Merlot grapes undergoing controlled fermentation. This wine matured in barrels for a minimum of one year. It has an elegant bouquet of red fruits (cherries, raspberries), violets with notes of spices (cinnamon and vanilla). It has a deep red color with purple reflections. This dry red wine has a delicate and elegant taste. Perfectly balanced by the presence of tannin which provides it with an excellent finish. It fits perfectly as an addition to white and red meats, especially to venison. Suggested serving temperature 20 stop. C.
