Valpolicella is a land devoted to growing vines since ancient times: its name “vallis polis cellae” actually means “the valley of many cellars”. Here are grown indigenous vines like Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara, used to produce important and unique red wines.
